I have browsed a LOT of weight watcher websites in the last year or so. I find very helpful tips, tricks, cool food finds, and unlike Pinterest, I've actually put some of the ideas, tips and tricks to the test. This morning however, I ran across a debate and I feel like I could do my part, as an American citizen to help the American people.
The debate?

THE GRAHAM CRACKER!!!!!

Let me dumb it down for you.
Pictured above is a graham cracker. You will see it is in the shape as a rectangle. A rectangle is a shape that consists of 4 sides. 2 long sides, and 2 short sides. In kindergarten we would sing: "Four right angles four corners and sides. It looks like a square but it's much more wide. Each looks like the same as the one across. They're called parallel lines now don't get lost! Chocolate bars are rectangles. Windows and door are rectangles. Books and magazines are rectangles. Can you find some more rectangles with me?"
Yes. Yes I can. A GRAHAM CRACKER!!!!!!!
You guys. Don't call it a square. It's not a square unless you are talking about a portion of a graham cracker.
Then it would look like this.

IF, you are creating a recipe that calls for "a sleeve" of graham crackers, you'll need this...
IF you are wondering what a SERVING size is, then you will need this:

These are often referred to as "sheets."
And These???...

* These are crackers
It's very confusing. But it doesn't have to be.
So if you are making an individual recipe like the poor woman was in the great graham cracker debate I read earlier, you will now know what 2 crackers looks like. No need to call her out and tell her that "there's no way 2 crackers can fit in a snack pack pudding cup" because, yes it can. And if you were wondering about her recipe, it was:
1 sugar free vanilla snack pack pudding = 2 sp
2 small graham cracker rectangles = 1 sp
1 Banana, sliced = 0 sp
